Network Reinsurance Brokers – Net Re S.A.E. is licensed and regulated as a reinsurance brokerage firm in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Net Re acts as an intermediary arranging treaty and facultative reinsurance placements between insurance companies, major corporates, and reinsurance markets. Net Re does not underwrite risk on its own account and does not act as a reinsurer.
Where Net Re handles client money, premium and claims funds are received and transferred through separate, dedicated accounts maintained for that purpose and kept apart from the firm’s own funds, in line with applicable regulatory requirements.
Net Re maintains policies to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest arising from its brokerage activities. Details of our conflicts of interest policy are available on request.
To raise a formal complaint about our services, email info@net-re.com with the subject line Formal Complaint: [your complaint topic]. Setting the subject in this form ensures your complaint is logged and routed to the responsible person rather than handled as a general enquiry.
If no action has been taken on your complaint, or you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) through its customer complaints channel: FRA customer complaints.
We currently hold professional indemnity insurance with a limit of EGP 60 million. The company’s paid-up capital is EGP 5 million.
